This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented Music Teacher to join a dynamic and supportive team, enriching the musical education and experiences of students across the school.

What you’ll be doing:
1. Planning and delivering high-quality Music lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
2. Developing and implementing an engaging, inclusive music curriculum
3. Assessing, recording, and reporting on student progress and attainment
4. Providing constructive feedback to support students in achieving their musical potential
5. Organising and leading concerts, performances, and extracurricular music activities
6. Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation
7. Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the wider educational experience
8. Contributing to school events and activities that promote the Music department
You’ll need:
9. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
10. A degree in Music or a related subject
11. Experience teaching Music at secondary level (desirable)
12. Strong knowledge of the secondary music curriculum and best practice
13. Proficiency in teaching and playing a range of musical instruments
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
15. A strong commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
