Customer Service Administrator Our client is looking for help with admin tasks for the next 3-6 months while they transition to a new CRM system. The job will include Proofreading engineers’ worksheets for grammar, clarity, and completeness; calling the engineers to clarify their comments and chase quotes. Assisting the scheduling manager with booking in maintenance and remedial jobs. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Word/Excel We are open 8:30 - 5:00 Monday - Thursday and 8:30 - 4:00 on Friday with one-hour lunch breaks.
