Reporting to the Group HR Manager and working with a HR Administrator, the HR Advisor will be responsible for supporting and managing the day to day HR transactions across our Blackburn sites.

Supporting with recruitment across all sites (from advertising roles to offers and onboarding)
Support with payroll checks and queries
Support with the development and implementation of HR working processes.
Monitor and report on key HR Data / KPI’s such as attrition rates, sickness absence etc.
Working with the Group HR Manager to identify and address any underlying issues
Update and issue key company policies and procedures, ensuring they are read, understood and signed to accept.
Keep up to date with changes in employment law to support in ensuring we remain compliant
Employee relations and support colleague engagement activities
Support with ad hoc duties and project work
Broad HR generalist experience
CIPD qualified / qualified through experience with minimum 3 years working in HR in a similar level
Comfortable with IT and picking up new systems.
