Forward Education Trust is seeking a Teaching Assistant Level 2 at Brays School, Birmingham. 32.5 hours per week, term time only. Contract: Fixed term end date 20.07.2026. Start Date – to be confirmed. Closing Date: 16th October 2025 @23:59. Location: Brays School, Sheldon, Birmingham.
We are a popular special school located in Sheldon, Birmingham. We are looking to appoint a Level 2 Teaching Assistant who is passionate, dynamic, enthusiastic, and an innovative practitioner.
Responsibilities
* Engage and inspire our pupils and support learning in line with the Brays values: Belonging, Teamwork, Respect, Equality, Kindness and Safety.
* Support pupils with complex and multiple needs in line with Education and Health Care Plans (e.g., SLD, PMLD, ASC, visual or hearing impairment).
Qualifications
* Teaching Assistant Level 2 (as described in the advert).
Salary and Benefits
* Salary (Forward Education Trust range): D point 10 – £24,891 - £26,930 (FTE). Pro-rata actual salary: £19,063 - £20,625, plus 1 SEN allowance.
* 32.5 hours per week term time only. Contract: Fixed term end date 20.07.2026. Start Date – to be confirmed. Closing Date: 16th October 2025 @23:59.
