Vehicle Technician – Hereford
Our client, a reputable franchise-approved car dealership in the Hereford area, is seeking a fully qualified Vehicle Technician to join their busy Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced vehicle technicians looking to progress their careers within a professional and supportive environment.

Clear long-term career progression with a well-established dealership group operating over 50 locations across the UKDuties:
Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards
Accurately diagnose vehicle faults and communicate findings effectively to the Service Manager
Ensure all work performed meets strict quality and safety procedures
Follow manufacturer guidelines for vehicle maintenance, safety, and reliability
Maintain accurate service records and reports
Assist with vehicle inspections and MOT testing (preferred but not essential, full training provided)
Support team objectives and contribute to a positive workshop environmentRequirements as a Vehicle Technician:
Qualified Vehicle Technician, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in vehicle maintenance and repair
UK driving licence with minimal points
Proven experience working in a franchised dealership environment
Strong technical skills with the ability to produce high-quality workmanship
Motivated individual with excellent teamworking skills
Ability to work efficiently within a busy workshop and achieve targets
