Job Title: HGV Workshop Administrator
Salary: Up to £30,000 per year
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm (occasional Saturday mornings as and when required)

We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused HGV Workshop Administrator to support the smooth running of our busy workshop. You’ll make sure the admin side is handled efficiently so our technicians and workshop team can focus on keeping vehicles on the road.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Creating and managing job cards for all workshop jobs
* Ordering and tracking parts
* Liaising with customers for updates and approvals
* Updating maintenance schedules and service records
* Supporting the Workshop Controller with day-to-day admin tasks
* Filing, data entry, and general office duties within the workshop
What You’ll Bring
* Previous experience in a workshop, fleet, or transport administration role
* Good IT skills and confident with data entry systems
* Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
* Clear and professional communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
