We are hiring for a Store Manager to join one of our exciting new stores opening later this year in Wakefield.
Please note: this is a brand new store opening at Trinity Walk Shopping Centre.
There will be an established team in place, and you will work directly with them to create the best customer shopping experience. Footasylum is a business that values its front-end retail staff.
As Store Manager, you will oversee your store’s daily operations, develop strategies to improve customer service, drive sales and profitability, adhere to company policies, and market programs to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.

About you:

* Ideally, you have previous experience in fashion retail.
* You have managerial experience in a fast-paced environment.
* You can manage, motivate, and train a team.
* You possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
* You are efficient, highly organized, and customer-focused.
* You have in-depth industry knowledge.
