Join Our Team as a Site Agent!

We’re on the lookout for a passionate Site Agent to join our dynamic Natural Resources, Nuclear, and Network business stream in the beautiful Southwest. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects with the Environment Agency, where we proudly serve as the principal contractor.
Location
Southwest - Site based near Bath with travel to other sites on the contract.
Hours
45 hours per week, 18-month Fixed Term contract.
Your Responsibilities
As a Site Agent, you will play a crucial role in our collaborative delivery framework. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Managing resources (people, finance, and physical assets) to ensure project success, safely and on time.
* Ensuring NEC 4 contract compliance in collaboration with the commercial team.
* Engaging in all project phases, from early contractor involvement through to contract award and closeout.
* Programming works and optimizing commercial performance to meet project timelines.
* Supporting the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures in line with guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you have:
* A relevant civils qualification (management qualification/HNC/HND/degree).
* SMSTS certification.
* Knowledge and experience in a similar role within a comparable business.
