People Partner – Role Overview
We’re looking for a People Partner to work with our Builders business unit—engineering, design, product, and tech ops—to deliver people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and scalable growth. You’ll translate company priorities into actionable people plans, bring clarity, commerciality, and care to everything you do, enabling leaders to make confident decisions and empowering teams to thrive.
What You’ll Do
* Partner with Leaders to Deliver People Plans
o Co‑create people priorities with senior leaders in line with business goals.
o Provide insight, challenge, and recommendation on people topics across the employee lifecycle, including org design, performance culture, and change.
o Act as trusted adviser and coach, ensuring leaders have the mindset, capability, and confidence to lead effectively.
o Implement and manage key people processes such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and talent planning with quality and consistency.
o Shape the employee experience and embed our values into everyday work.
* Drive Performance and Engagement
o Embed the performance process, ensuring objectives, feedback and development drive high performance.
o Use data insights (People Data, engagement results, performance metrics, external sources) to partner on action planning and monitor progress.
o Champion our values and ensure they are embedded into ways of working.
o Diagnose challenges, track progress and recommend improvements using people data.
* Lead Change at a Functional Level
o Co‑deliver change‑management activities with senior leaders, ensuring buy‑in, clear communication and smooth implementation.
o Lead integration projects, restructures or shifts in operating models in collaboration with senior People Partners and stakeholders.
o Ensure colleagues feel valued and connected to our mission throughout change.
* Enable Leadership and Manager Capability
o Coach and guide leaders on performance, development, team dynamics and organisational change.
o Identify capability gaps and partner with People Team functions to deliver learning content.
o Provide insight, challenge and clarity to support business decisions, team structures and leadership plans during growth.
What Success Looks Like
* Leaders feel equipped and confident to lead through growth and change.
* Core people processes are delivered with consistency, quality and impact.
* People insight metrics (engagement, churn, absence, performance) remain healthy and improve with clear links to actions.
* Change initiatives are implemented smoothly with positive feedback from leaders and teams.
* Projects across the business function and People Team are delivered successfully.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in a People Partner role partnering in fast‑growing tech companies.
* Experience partnering with technology business units (software engineers, product managers, design).
* A track record of partnering and influencing senior leaders.
* Strong understanding of organisational design, performance management, leadership development and change management.
* A coaching mindset and excellent communication skills.
* A commercial approach to people work focusing on impact, data and action.
* Experience developing and enabling leaders.
* Comfort operating across regions and time zones with international teams.
* A bias for clarity, consistency and care in everything you do.

How We Work
We take an IRL‑first approach – our team works together in‑person three days a week. This role requires you to be based within commuting distance of a hub, though for eligible positions relocation can be supported from anywhere in the world. English is the official language at the office.
