GO GO Makers is one of Warwickshire's treasured childcare providers. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional childcare at our Ofsted-registered Holiday Camps, Before and After School Care, and children's events.
We deliver seriously fun, creative and inspiring activities for children aged 4–11 years old across Primary Schools — and we are incredibly proud of our strong safeguarding standards, passionate teams and our very special "family vibe".

What will I be doing each day you are wondering?
No two days will ever be the same — but what will stay consistent is your impact.
You will oversee the operational delivery of our Holiday Camps, Wraparound Care and Parties & Events across Warwickshire.
You will:
* Help lead and support Site Managers and all other staff
* Ensure safeguarding and compliance standards are embedded and consistently followed
* Oversee health and safety procedures and risk management
* Maintain Ofsted and HAF compliance requirements
* Lead workforce planning across all provisions
* Oversee recruitment processes and candidate selection
* Strengthen onboarding processes to ensure new team members are set up for success
* Identify recruitment opportunities and develop candidate pipelines
* Work collaboratively with Marketing on recruitment campaigns
* Implement and strengthen operational systems and reporting structures
* Oversee our Marketing & Operations Assistant to ensure smooth coordination
* Build strong relationships with host schools
* Support the launch of new settings and growth opportunities
You will not be the sole DSL, but you will ensure safeguarding standards are consistently upheld across all provision.
You'll be the operational backbone of GO GO Makers.

Requirements
You will have:
Experience managing multi-site operations within childcare, education, youth provision or a similar transferable setting.
Strong safeguarding knowledge and understanding of compliance frameworks.
Experience leading and developing managers or senior staff.
Experience overseeing recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
Confidence improving systems and operational processes.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A genuine passion for delivering high-quality provision for children and families.
