The role
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Finance & Compliance Manager to join our team.
This newly created role is primarily finance-focused, with additional responsibility for supporting compliance and governance across the business. Working closely with our Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring strong financial reporting, operational control, and effective regulatory oversight.
Key responsibilities
* Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and audit process.
* Manage statutory accounts and act as the primary contact for external auditors.
* Oversee accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and cash flow monitoring.
* Produce monthly management reporting and financial analysis for senior leadership.
* Liaise with outsourced accounting providers and review group management information.
* Support regulatory compliance, FCA reporting, and risk management processes.
* Assist with maintaining AML/CTF frameworks and compliance policies.
About You
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
* Strong financial reporting and controls experience.
* Experience working within a regulated or compliance focused environment (finance, audit, or regulated industry).
* Proactive, organised and comfortable operating in a lead, fast paced team.
