The role
We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to contribute to the HARP project, interfacing with designers, constructors, operations, and assurance teams. Responsibilities include onboarding delivery partners, design development, technical reviews, assurance, and leadership during outages and connections. The role requires driving technical excellence and effective stakeholder engagement.
You will have visibility over major contracts and industry partners, witnessing project execution and impacting success through your activities. Building strong relationships and providing expert guidance are essential.

Key accountabilities
* Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders for successful engineering outcomes
* Enhance engineering processes and practices across projects
* Create and implement project engineering plans aligned with standards
* Represent the engineering function, manage risks, and drive performance
Skills & experience
Essential criteria include:
* Chartered or Incorporated Engineer or equivalent experience and skills
* Experience providing technical advice at a senior level, leading multidisciplinary projects, and managing engineering teams
* Valid UK/EU driving license
