Document Analyst Contract - 6 months Reading/Home At MBNL (a joint venture between EE and Three), we're looking for a Document Analyst to support our external Document Management System (DMS). This role is central to how we maintain, publish, and improve technical and process documentation used by our teams, suppliers, and shareholders. Responsibilities of the Document Analyst include: Manage, update, archive, and control legacy documents Maintain metadata alignment between internal and external systems Support publishing, formatting, and lifecycle tracking of key documentation Provide guidance and training on document processes Ensure audit-readiness and consistent document quality Work closely with stakeholders to enforce standards and improve systems The successful Document Analyst will have: Strong Microsoft 365 and SharePoint skills Professional document management training Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills (Nice to have) Experience in ISO9001/ISO45001 environments or telecoms/construction To apply for the Document Analyst please send your CV to (url removed) Project People is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy...
