Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our operational processes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations while driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments / business units.
* Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
* Accounting & Finance, invoicing & administration tasks
* Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to achieve operational targets.
* Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and employee development.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
* Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational performance and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in operations management or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
* Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Knowledge of industry best practices in operations management is desirable.

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
