Are you someone who thrives in a busy, student-focused environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for learners? You might already be working in a dynamic customer-facing role within an educational setting, a support service, or a community-focused organisation. Perhaps you're currently part of a school or college front-of-house team, supporting young people, managing enquiries and providing calm, confident guidance when they need it most.
You could be working as a receptionist, student support assistant, welfare officer or customer service advisor—somewhere where no two days are the same and where your ability to communicate clearly, stay organised and keep accurate records makes a real difference. You're used to dealing with diverse groups of people, including young adults and those with SEND, and you take pride in offering clear information, practical support and a reassuring presence.
Based at a busy campus, you're the person others rely on to solve problems, manage multiple priorities and maintain a warm, professional approach even under pressure. You're confident using Microsoft Office, handling enquiries in various formats, and keeping systems and processes running smoothly. You may also already be involved in events such as open days, progress evenings or student forums.
If you recognise yourself in this, you could be exactly who we're looking for.
Shortlisting for this role will be based solely on the information provided in the application form. CVs will not be considered during the shortlisting process.
