We are seeking an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor to play a key role in the continued growth of our Knutsford office. This is an opportunity for a confident, technically strong solicitor who is comfortable managing a full caseload independently and who enjoys building lasting client relationships and contributing to business development.
You will be a visible and trusted presence within the office, supporting high technical standards while helping to strengthen the firm’s profile in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Delivery
* Manage a full Wills and Probate caseload independently
* Handle more complex probate matters with sound judgment and confidence
* Support technical consistency and best practice across the Knutsford office
Client Care
* Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients
* Deliver a consistently high standard of client service
* Proactively identify and manage risk within matters
* Ensure all files meet regulatory and compliance standards
* Demonstrate strong fee awareness and billing discipline
* Actively participate in business development initiatives
* Build and maintain referral relationships
Team & Business Contribution
* Support the performance and growth of the Knutsford office
* Act as a role model for professional behaviours and technical standards
Experience & Skills Required
* Qualified solicitor in Wills and Probate
* Proven ability to manage matters independently
* Experience contributing to business development and relationship management
* Strong commercial awareness and client-focused approach
