Role Overview
The Client Team, comprising Client Services, Client Development, and Campaign Operations, drives billups' business growth and nurtures client and partner relationships. As part of Client Services, the Account Manager - EMEA collaborates with reports, peers, Senior Account Managers, Account Directors, and Senior Account Directors to:
* Manage clients and line reports.
* Advocate for and implement billups' regional mission, vision, strategies, platform, and services with your clients.
* Ensure client and partner delivery, serving as the daily contact, managing requests, expectations, and exceeding KPIs.
* Assist Senior Account Managers and Directors in identifying and converting revenue growth opportunities and new business prospects.
* Manage supplier relationships for industry-leading OOH planning.
* Coordinate with the Investment Team on trade deals and optimization.
* Adhere to company policies, improve processes, and participate in system development.
* Handle administrative tasks and internal projects.
* Coordinate with centralized resources like Marketing, PlatSol, and Design Teams.
* Supervise team activities, including hiring, training, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution.
* Contribute to business planning, forecasting, and problem-solving.
Media Experience: 3-5 years
Including knowledge of the OOH landscape, international planning experience, client service excellence, negotiation skills, analytical abilities, and proficiency with various applications.

Manage day-to-day client servicing, build relationships, oversee campaign execution, reporting, and issue resolution, and support business growth and team development.
