What We Are Looking For
We are seeking candidates who hold an RTPI accredited degree or a relevant degree in Geography, Town Planning/Urban Planning, or Built Environment.
Ideal graduates can demonstrate:
* A logical and analytical approach
* Great problem‑solving and communication skills
* Ability to use their own initiative and think outside the box
Work experience in Town/Urban Planning is advantageous but not essential; learning on the job will be supported through the Graduate Training Scheme.

As a Graduate Town Planner you will work closely with the Planning team to deliver wide‑range planning consultancy services on a variety of projects and schemes. You’ll prepare, submit, and negotiate planning applications and statements, support public consultations and site visits, and provide professional advice to clients, local planning authorities, and other statutory bodies. You will gain valuable experience across a range of sectors and clients to support your development.
