Overview
We're hiring a Technical Lead to drive delivery across Dynamics CRM and integration platforms within a squad-based engineering team. You'll lead from the front, ensuring high-quality builds, strong technical direction, and aligned delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a development squad from a technical perspective
* Guide design, implementation, and problem‑solving
* Ensure code quality and engineering best practices
* Drive delivery and remove technical blockers
* Work across APIs, integrations, and platform services
* Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Delivery teams
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong experience with Dynamics CRM (or similar)
* Solid background in APIs, integrations, and services
* Experience leading developers or squads
* Hands‑on approach with ownership of technical decisions
Desirable
* Azure / cloud experience
* Enterprise‑scale environment exposure
* Mentoring and setting technical direction
