2443 – Desktop Support Engineers, AberdeenLife here at prosource.it is as busy and exciting as ever- and as a result, we are looking to build our team of Desktop Support Engineers in Aberdeen. Our Desktop Support Engineers work across a broad range of technologies and liaise with multiple areas of the business to support incidents, problems and requests. They’re responsible for answering IT requests via the phone, email, live chat or instant message and explaining solutions in technical and non-technical terms, so we need people who are comfortable interacting with users and who excel at customer service and communication. We’re particularly keen to hear from experienced Desktop Support Engineers who are Offshore Certified or who are interested in undertaking offshore certification (funded by us) to carry out occasional ad-hoc offshore trips as part of the Desktop Support role.
