People Data Insights Lead – London, Hybrid – Talent Consulting
Possibl Search is pleased to be hiring on behalf of a fast growing, multi-award winning and values driven talent consulting business with a big interest in behavioural science and evidence-based approaches to address talent, learning, leadership and organisational challenges for major name firms internationally, looking at early career programs right through to senior leader development.
This newly created role will take charge of their diagnostic offering, specifically managing client projects utilising their own proprietary tool to perform ‘health checks’ for clients on their early career offerings, running analyses then sharing valid insights and solutions to improve the early career programs for clients to meet their objectives.

About the role:
* Leading the diagnostic offering internally and externally
* Managing client projects end to end – including discovery and presentations
* Creating reports and sharing insights from multiple people data sets (quantitative and quantitative)
* Improving and evolving the diagnostic offering
* Managing a small team
* Building, maintaining client relationships
* Spotting opportunities for further impact, writing proposals
Required skills and experience:
* Several years experience in data analytics, ideally people data in an agency, consultancy, or in-house equivalent
* Experience managing large data analytics projects – ideally people data for clients
* Skilled in quantitative and qualitative data analysis
* Ability to use and create dashboards, and understand performance metrics
* An interest in L&D, talent or early careers
* Education or qualifications in psychology, research, human capital, behaviour change or statistics
