I’m currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established high-end residential developer on a major new scheme based just north of Colchester.
This traditional build development will deliver 485 bespoke new homes, ranging from 1 to 5-bedroom houses, offering a fantastic long-term opportunity for a commercially astute QS.
