Your role
* Research topics and collate data to identify recommendations for substation development
* Evaluate transmission and distribution networks for new grid connections
* Develop designs for substations and electrical networks
* Get involved in project management, bidding and potential secondments, offering varied internal and client experience
* Participate in business development activities, such as the Net Zero Superheroes school competition or Engineering Net Zero thought leadership
About You
* A passion for working in a consultancy environment
* Champion a culture where everyone belongs
* Work collaboratively with a curious approach, challenging yourself to find new solutions
* Show enthusiasm and drive to develop your skillset and seek out development opportunities within a supportive team
* Seek professional accreditation (where applicable)
* Embrace agile ways of working and learn new technologies
* Commit to spending a minimum of three days a week in the office or on client site, as project dependent
* Minimum BEng in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems or Renewable Energy
