About the apprenticeship
Duties
• Projector replacement
• Visual system setups
• Fault diagnosis of simulator systems
• Component replacement
• Motion control loading system setup
• Readying the simulators for use by the RAF
• Configuration updates
• Network fault finding and rectification
• Some design and implementation of improvements to the simulator
• 3D printing and bench fitting/fabrication

As part of the application process, you will be asked to attend an interview to give you the opportunity to discuss the course
Requirements
Qualifications
In order to qualify for this course, you will need at least one of the following:
•5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English or Welsh 1st Language and Maths
•A relevant Level 2 qualification at Merit
•Relevant industry experience
•Driving licence would be an advantage
