Day-to-Day
Your daily activities will include:
Conducting sustainability assessments and certifications for various projects.
Engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored sustainability solutions.
Preparing detailed reports and documentation to support planning and technical requirements.
Collaborating with colleagues in a supportive and professional team environment.
Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the highest standards of service.
Responsibilities
As a Sustainability Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering BREEAM assessments and other sustainability certifications such as HQM, Fitwel, and SKA.
Developing and implementing sustainability strategies for projects across various sectors.
Preparing sustainability certification reports for both planning and technical purposes.
Managing client engagement and project delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who meets the following criteria:
Qualified in BREEAM certification with a proven track record of certifying buildings.
Knowledge of or qualifications in other certifications (e.g., HQM, Fitwel, SKA) is desirable.
Degree or postgraduate qualification in a related discipline.
Membership or qualification through a professional body such as ISEP, IEMA, CIBSE, or LCC.
Strong commercial awareness of building regulations, the planning process, and the construction industry.
Excellent numeracy, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Experience working in a collaborative environment.
