What You'll Be Doing:
You'll take ownership of creating engaging and high-quality visuals that support the business across internal and external communications. From marketing materials and bids to digital campaigns and branded content, you'll help shape how the practice presents itself to clients and stakeholders.
Your day-to-day might include:
* Designing polished bid and tender documents
* Producing branded collateral for print and digital use
* Managing and evolving visual assets in line with brand guidelines
* Working closely with architects and senior staff to communicate key messages
* Supporting social media and website content with fresh, on-brand visuals

The ideal candidate will bring creativity, initiative, and an understanding of design within a professional services context. You'll be confident in balancing multiple projects and maintaining consistency across materials.
Key skills and experience:
* Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
* A relevant degree or qualification in Graphic Design or similar
* Previous experience in architecture, construction, or property is highly beneficial
