Our client, one of the South West’s leading Accountancy firms is seeking a Mixed/Corporate Tax Senior to join the team in Taunton. As a Mixed/Corporate Tax Senior, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, provide high-level technical advice, and lead a team of talented tax professionals. This role offers the opportunity to develop client relationships, contribute to business growth, and support the professional development of junior staff. This role offers Hybrid and flexible working options.
Responsibilities for the Mixed/Corporate Tax Senior include:
* Manage tax compliance and build client relationships across various industry sectors
* Provide high-level technical advice, mentor junior staff, and assist with tax planning projects
* Oversee the financial aspects of the client portfolio, including billing, debt, and work-in-progress management
* Lead client meetings, provide proactive support, and attend networking events to drive business growth
The requirements for the Mixed/Corporate Tax Senior:
* CTA qualification (ACA/ACCA preferred) with strong technical tax knowledge
* Excellent communication skills and experience managing a team
* Proven ability to manage a portfolio and build strong client relationships
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
