This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong international experience in channel partner development to join a company with ambitious growth plans and a mission-driven culture. Youll be responsible for driving partner performance, expanding market reach, and improving brand visibility across key regions. This role is easily commutable from locations across the West Midlands and Worcestershire, including Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, Wolverhampton, West Bromwich, Dudley, Stourbridge, Halesowen, and Smethwick, as well as Redditch, Bromsgrove, Droitwich Spa, Kidderminster, and surrounding areas. Role Overview As Channel Development Manager, youll take ownership of developing and managing a high-performing network of distribution partners. Your responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding new distributors, building strategic partnerships, and aligning channel performance with wider business goals. Youll also provide ongoing support and training to partners, optimise distribution agreements, manage channel conflicts where necessary, and monitor key performance metrics to drive revenue growth and ensure successful market penetration across multiple international regions. What Were Looking For Proven experience in international channel or distributor management, particularly in the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Australia.
