Pay Rate: £13.50 - £15.00 per hour (DOE). Location: South Woodham Ferrers, CM3 (own transport required). Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Type: Temp to perm for the right candidate.
About the Role
We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join our client's team as a Trainee Paint Sprayer. You will receive hands‑on training to develop your skills in paint spraying, surface preparation, and equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn the fundamentals of paint spraying and surface preparation.
- Assist in mixing paints and maintaining accurate colour consistency.
- Support in equipment maintenance and upkeep.
- Work closely with the team to ensure high‑quality standards.
