Our client, a fast-growing, innovative British manufacturer of award-winning lifestyle products is looking for a driven Field Sales Executive to join their team in Lowestoft. This is a role for someone who's self-motivated, commercially sharp, and energised by being out in the field — not chained to a desk.
You'll be meeting customers directly, conducting live product demonstrations at home and attending town centre display events, where you'll bring the product to life for end users who are genuinely excited to see what it can do. The product sells itself — your job is to find the right people and guide them to a decision.
What the role looks like day to day:
You'll spend 3–4 days out in the field, generating your own leads, conducting home demos and attending display events. The remaining 1–2 days will be office-based, where you'll work through an existing customer database to uncover warm opportunities. A van and phone are provided from day one.
What's in it for you:
£30,000 basic salary
Uncapped commission — the harder you work, the more you earn
Realistic OTE of £55,000
Monday to Friday only — no weekends

What we're looking for:
You'll be a confident, persuasive, and resilient B2C salesperson — someone who doesn't wait for leads to land in their lap. Experience in field sales, direct selling or home demonstration environments would be ideal, though the right attitude will count for a great deal here.
