Its investment arm operates with institutional‑grade governance, supported by experienced investment professionals and external strategic partnersYour new roleThe client is looking for a Finance Assistant for a 9-month FTC (covering maternity leave). Key responsibilities include:
* Processing supplier invoices, checking accuracy, coding to correct cost centres, and preparing payment runs.
* Raising client invoices, monitoring debtor balances, and supporting credit control activities.
* Performing daily/weekly bank reconciliations.
* Posting journals
* Assisting in monthly management accounts preparation.
* Processing staff expenses
* Ad hoc duties as required by the finance team
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in a similar role within financial services
* Strong Excel skills
* Double entry bookkeeping experience
