We are looking for a Team Leader to join us at our supported living service Willowmead in Surrey.
Willowmead is a registered supported living service for up to 13 individuals. We’re committed to helping every person we support feel safe, happy, and empowered, enabling them to live the best life possible.
What you’ll be working:
* Fixed-term contract 3 months
* 42 hours per week
* Shifts across 7 days on a rota
* Participation in the OnCall system
* Working every other weekend
* Salary: £35,040.10 (FTE) per annum (prorata)
What you’ll have:
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care desirable
