Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Time Consultant to support a programme focused on Time Management and CATS. The role requires strong hands‑on configuration experience across Time Evaluation, including schema design, time valuation, and quota management, alongside workflow configuration.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain SAP Time Evaluation, including positive time valuation
- Design and enhance custom time schemas and PCRs
- Configure and manage Time Quotas (accruals, deductions, validations)
- Support and optimise CATS (Cross Application Time Sheet) functionality
- Develop and maintain workflows related to time and approvals
- Validate time rules and ensure accurate processing of time data
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and implement requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in SAP HCM / S/4HANA Time Management
- Hands‑on experience with positive time valuation
- Strong background in Time Quotas configuration
- Experience working with CATS
- Hands‑on experience with workflow configuration
- Ability to design and validate complex time rules
- Previous experience in S/4HANA transformations
- Exposure to public sector or regulated environments
- SC clearance eligibility (or previously held clearance)
