TheMaintenanceManagerisresponsibleforleadingthemaintenancefunctionacrossbakeryandretailoperations,ensuringequipmentreliability,legalcompliance,andminimaloperationaldowntime.
Theroleinvolvesmanagingamulti-siteteam,developingplannedmaintenancestrategies,controllingbudgets,anddrivingcontinuousimprovementwhilemaintaininghighstandardsofhealth,safety,andfoodsafety.
KeyResponsibilities
Lead,develop,andmotivatethemaintenanceteam,promotingapositiveandprofessionalculture
PlananddelivereffectivePPMschedulesandrespondefficientlytobreakdowns
Ensurecompliancewithalllegislative,engineering,health&safety,andfoodsafetystandards
Supportinstallation,commissioning,andmaintenanceofnewequipmentandmachinery
Managecontractors,suppliers,andservicepartnerstoensurequalityandcompliance
Supportprojectworkincludingbakeryupgradesandretailrefits
Maintainaccuratemaintenancerecords,reports,anddocumentation
Drivecontinuousimprovementtoimproveefficiencyandreducedowntime
Provideoperationalcoveracrossbakeryandretailsitesasrequired
