You will provide advanced application support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our core business applications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle incoming application support incidents, requests, and changes.
2. Manage and maintain personal call queues, ensuring timely resolution of support tickets.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, from simple user requests to complex application queries.
4. Escalate and collaborate on unresolved issues with 3rd party vendors and internal teams.
