About the role
Reporting to the Senior Event Manager, you will be responsible for delivery of high‑profile corporate and stakeholder events across the business, ensuring they meet business objectives and support strategic priorities.
What you’ll be doing
* Planning, developing and executing a diverse portfolio of events, including conferences, corporate dinners, communications campaigns, game launches, promotions and trade exhibitions.
* Managing end‑to‑end delivery, including venue research, creative and branding, budgets, logistics, guest management, on‑site execution and post‑event evaluation.
* Overseeing supplier and vendor relationships, including agencies, venues, production teams and catering.
* Handling event administration (delegate lists, invites, communications, accommodation, subsistence, entertainment and travel).
* Ensuring brand consistency across all event materials, signage and digital assets.
Stakeholder Management
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the business.
* Providing regular updates to the Senior Event Manager and maintaining alignment throughout the event lifecycle.
Operational Excellence
* Designing and delivering standout corporate events and projects.
* Managing event budgets and supplier relationships.
* Maintaining the highest standards of event delivery.
* Running live events and projects to a high standard.
* Paying close attention to detail across all aspects of delivery.
On‑site Delivery
* Managing suppliers on‑site for build, set up and strike.
* Ensuring smooth running of events.
* Providing documentation, briefings and support to suppliers and event staff.
* Handling ad‑hoc requests to support on‑site delivery.
What experience we’re looking for
* Proven experience delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
* Proactive, strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Ability to work across different levels of the organisation with strong stakeholder management.
* Creative mindset focused on delivering high‑quality experiences.
* Keen interest in event production and technical planning.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
* Self‑motivation, drive and a can‑do attitude.
* Excellent communication skills and flawless attention to detail.
* Flexible approach to work (evenings, occasional weekends).
* Calm under pressure and understanding of professional environments.
* Good understanding of virtual meeting and event platforms.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

* Collaborate with the Senior Event Manager to create engaging experiences for key stakeholders.
