The Role
You will join a busy and dynamic corporate department, advising on a wide range of corporate matters. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value, complex transactions while developing strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Advising on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, and management buyouts
2. Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements and commercial contracts
3. Providing corporate governance and restructuring advice
4. Supporting senior team members on complex transactions
5. Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
6. Building and maintaining strong client relationships
7. Contributing to business development initiatives
Candidate Requirements
8. Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ-5 PQE, though this is flexible)
9. Strong experience in corporate law gained at a reputable firm
10. Excellent technical and drafting skills
11. Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
12. Strong communication and client management skills
13. Team-oriented with a desire to contribute to a collaborative culture
