* Managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving queries promptly.
* Monitoring overdue accounts and implementing effective credit control measures.
* Maintaining accurate records of all communication with customers regarding their accounts.
* Working closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure accurate reporting.
* Preparing and issuing invoices, statements, and reminders as required.
* Supporting the implementation of credit policies and procedures to minimise risk.
* Building strong relationships with customers to ensure smooth payment processes.
* Providing regular updates to management on outstanding payments and credit risks.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
