We have a fantastic opening for a Quality Assurance & Training Coordinator to join the customer experience team of this successful Banbury based company. This position involves a strategic mix of quality assurance, training development, and hands-on customer service when required.
**Hybrid available working 3 days per week from home and 2 days per week in the office**
Role Description:
* Conduct comprehensive Quality Assurance assessments and compile detailed reports.
* Develop and maintain training materials and communication templates.
* Prioritize training needs alongside the department manager to ensure top-notch delivery.
* Facilitate the onboarding of new team members and occasionally step in as a Customer Experience Advisor.
Candidate Profile:

4. Prior experience in quality assurance or a training coordination role is essential.
