Teaching Assistant – Sleaford, Lincolnshire Primary, Secondary & SEN Schools | Flexible Opportunities | Full-Time & Part-Time Available GSL Education are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants based in Sleaford, Lincolnshire, to support schools across the local area and surrounding towns including Lincoln, Grantham, Bourne, and Boston. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people across a variety of educational settings, including Primary, Secondary, and SEN schools. The successful candidate will be based in Sleaford and must be willing to travel to surrounding areas for work opportunities. The Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students both inside and outside of the classroom. Responsibilities may include: Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups Assisting students with additional learning or behavioural needs Supporting class teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management Encouraging student engagement, confidence, and independence Building positive relationships with pupils and staff Providing pastoral and emotional support where required Working across a range of school settings including SEN environments This role offers a varied and rewarding working environment, with opportunities to gain experience across multiple schools and age groups.
