Hays Healthcare are working with an ambulance service looking for NHS Pathways trained Nurses and Paramedics to support the 999 service as a clinical auditor.This is a 6 month secondment role with full and part time hours available. The role can be based either out of the client's sites in Crawley and Medway, or on a remote working basis.Your new roleYou will be responsible for the audit of EOC Clinicians and Clinical Safety Navigators. You will then document the results, deliver developmental feedback and document the outcome, using your own initiative and with minimal supervision.Your workload will be routine audit activity, however, you will also take part in a schedule of specialist audit projects outside of this. For example, for the audit of cardiac arrest and sepsis calls they will produce audit reports that detail the Trust's performance in handling these calls and a developmental action plan to address shortcomings. What you'll need to succeed
* Registered Nurse or Paramedic, with two years post qualification experience
* Active NMC or HCPC Registration
* NHS Pathways trained, with a recognised coaching or training qualification.
* Minimum of 6 months experience as an NHS Pathways coach or auditor.
