THE ROLE:
This is a full-time ongoing position to join our operations team as Warehouse Team Leader – Incoming. This team leader would supervise and carry out all incoming warehouse operations. Working directly with warehouse team leader – outgoing, the operations team and our warehouse staff.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Equipment Returns: The role involves ensuring all equipment is returned into the warehouse as per our processes. This includes scanning back into the rental management system, ensuring each item is restored to its “ready state,” thoroughly checked for damage and then returned to its correct storage location.
Warehouse Communication: Act as a central point of contact about all incoming items and any communication between the warehouse team, operations and production. Also, reporting all missing/unreturned equipment to the Operations Manager or Production Manager for follow up.
Maintenance: Coordinate and oversee the equipment maintenances and repair process to ensure that the work is completed within the designated timeframes. This includes ensuring that any required repairs—whether performed internally or by third-party service providers—are carried out promptly and effectively. While not directly performing the repairs, this role ensures that all issues are properly documented, tracked, and resolved to maintain operational efficiency.
Vehicle Unload: Managing the unloading of equipment from vehicles as they return to the warehouse (Trucks, Vans etc).
Vehicle returns: As part of the unloading process, the role is responsible for ensuring the return of each CVP vehicle to its “ready state.”
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A demonstrated passion for live events.
A valid Victorian Drivers licence
Ability to work as an individual or part of a team.
Basic computer literacy
NON-REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS BUT HIGHLY DESIRABLE:
MR Licence
