Job Description
We are currently looking for a Private Equity EA to work in the West End. This is an office based role and is working 9-6, paying up to 65k. This role requires an experienced EA within with a minimum of ten years in a similar role.
The role
Travel Coordination: Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed travel agendas for both domestic and international trips.
Calendar Management: Maintain and organize the executive’s schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and events
Personal Assistance: Handle personal tasks such as managing household staff, overseeing personal property, coordinating family events
Expense Management: Track and reconcile expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Administrative Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Office Management: Oversee printing, binding, managing databases, and filing systems as appropriate.
