Your role
As a Test Technician, you will play a key part in ensuring that all components and assemblies meet the highest standards before progressing through the production process. Working to established engineering work instructions, you will:
* Carry out incoming quality checks on components and materials
* Test coolers and associated components to confirm they meet required specifications
* Inspect precision components prior to build
* Follow defined assembly procedures with accuracy and care
* Mount components into assembly jigs with meticulous attention to detail
* Complete all assembly and test documentation accurately
* Adhere strictly to production processes and quality control requirements
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What You'll Need to Succeed
You will bring a combination of technical capability, precision and a commitment to quality. Essential requirements include:
* GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) with at least 2 years' experience in a high-tech production environment
* Strong manual dexterity for handling small and delicate components
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* IT literacy and confidence working with digital records
