Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, supporting the store manager, and maintaining a clean and organized storage facility. Additional duties include handling customer inquiries, processing rental agreements, and addressing customer issues promptly and efficiently. The Assistant Manager will also assist in marketing and promotional efforts to increase store visibility and occupancy rates.
