About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as an Assistant, Stock Control at our Distribution Centre. You will work as part of the Distribution Centre Stock Control team to provide efficient and effective stock control support to all DC functions.
What will you be doing?
* Carrying out all stock control tasks related to Retail Store deliveries.
* Undertaking all stock control tasks related to customer/ecommerce orders.
* Maintaining the LFC DC’s stocked product inventory locations.
* Undertaking perpetual inventory stock counting and accuracy checks using LFC systems.
* Investigating stock discrepancies and reporting findings to the Supervisor or Manager, Stock Control & Administration.
* Supporting stock takes for ecommerce and stores.
* Supporting the Operational Administration team with required cover, including during annual leave.
* Performing any other stock control tasks to support the Distribution Centre and wider Merchandising teams.
Who are we looking for?
Successful candidates will have previous experience in a similar role within a distribution centre or warehouse setting. Knowledge of stock control tasks, understanding of key trading periods, and strong administrative skills related to stock management are essential. Analytical skills and a troubleshooting approach to stock investigations are important. Familiarity with stock management processes, including stock takes, is required. WMS experience and an FLT license are advantageous.
