About You
You will assist in preparing and serving nutritious meals, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene. Your role includes managing food supplies, training new staff, and ensuring resident wellbeing always comes first.
We seek candidates with some kitchen experience and ideally an NVQ2 in Catering or Food Preparation, or willingness to obtain one. Good organizational skills, recipe adherence, and considerate communication are essential. Safeguarding awareness is crucial, including recognizing signs of abuse or neglect and knowing how to report concerns.
