Luxury Sales Manager High-End Venues | Lancashire | Up to £50,000 + Progression Were working with a growing collection of luxury venues in Lancashire who are looking for a commercially aware Luxury Sales Manager to join them at an incredibly exciting stage of their journey.
This is not just another events role its an opportunity to be part of something being built properly, with real ambition, investment, and long-term progression.
The Role You will take full ownership of high-value events from initial enquiry through to delivery, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard while maintaining a strong commercial focus.
This is a hands-on role where youll be equally comfortable:
Building relationships with clients
Converting enquiries into bookings
Managing the full planning process
Being present on event days to ensure flawless delivery
Events will range from luxury weddings and private celebrations to corporate events, all delivered across a unique portfolio of venues.
What Were Looking For Were looking for someone who understands both experience and numbers someone who can create exceptional events while also driving revenue and maximising opportunities.
You will ideally have:
Proven experience managing high-end or luxury events
A track record of handling the full event lifecycle (booking ? planning ? delivery)
Strong commercial awareness and ability to convert enquiries and upsell
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
A calm, professional approach under pressure
A genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences
