You will be responsible for administration and support to the site on all aspects of Health & Safety, Environment and Quality. To ensure adherence to legislation and Company Policies and Procedures in relation to Health & Safety and Environment and to lead the drive to improve product quality. To supervise and co-ordinate work systems to ensure the highest levels of product quality are met and that the welfare and working conditions of the Company are favourable and safe.
Responsibilities
Health & Safety
To assist in the maintenance of the local H&S policy.
To attend site H&S meetings, minuting the issues whilst following up any agreed actions.
To complete spot checks and mini audits throughout the year and report accordingly to the senior site leadership team.
To assist heads of department in H&S, ensuring that all records are maintained as per the grid checking and updating the T100 database as required.
To compile a record of the location of local department H&S documentation, ensuring that it is kept readily accessible, keeping records up to date.
