Key Responsibilities Audit Assignments: Assist in audits from planning to completion, working with a variety of owner-managed businesses, from SMEs to larger firms. On-Site Client Work: Participate in client meetings throughout the audit process, ensuring smooth communication and professional service. Risk & Compliance: Help identify key risk areas, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and maintaining audit quality. Collaboration & Development: Work closely with senior auditors and managers, learning from experienced professionals. Coaching & Mentoring: Support and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their technical and client-handling skills. Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to enhance efficiency in audit procedures and overall client experience. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Part-Qualified ACA/ACCA Accountant, or working towards qualification. Experience in audit practice, with an understanding of regulatory standards Strong analytical skills —able to assess risks and maintain audit quality. Client-focused approach, with the ability to build trusted relationships. Excellent time management, able to balance multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
